Actually with slightly less carbonation & letting some air in the bottle, it opens up and tastes even better. Poor man's Utopias.

A bachelor for the weekend, I made roast beef for some homemade beef-on-weck, even made the buns from scratch. Overall it was a delicious pain in the ass. To go with that:
