Thanks again for sharing!

Currently having a De Dolle Dulle Teve. Went great with my homemade poutine, with fresh and squeaky roasted garlic cheese curds. Yum yum.
A shark on whisky is mighty risky. A shark on beer is a beer engineer.

Heady Topper. Any thoughts on the brewer's suggestion to drink it from the can?

I am drinking a Heady too ... I've tried both and I don't see any difference really (in the taste). I find that the best thing about Heady is the nose, so it seems like a crime to me to not pour it in to a glass...

Agreed. Hops are plenty fresh out of the glass, and a much nicer drinking experience out of a Duvel.

Beer Academy Dortmunder. Give this shit a chance, yo. It's good.

The wife is in Copenhagen this week. Sending me pics of her drinking at Mikkeller and going to ridiculous bottle shops. Super jealous. She walked into a bottle shop (Barley Wine) and said "I'm looking for sours and wild fermented beers and I'd like them to be more or less local". The owner said "follow me and I will show you that section" :o I only hope I get to share in some of that goodness when she gets back.
