I have to agree with you. This is a nice beer that makes up for the past shipyard beers I have had. Starting to look forward to this future brewery release.

Homebrewed Extra Special Blonde, Homebrewed Marzen, Creemore Lager (seems more sulfury than usual).

Shipyard Pumpkin was odd - maybe the Ringwood yeast made it so earthy and rotting-leaf tasting - I will try the Blueberry, thanks bros.

A blending of Fuller's London Porter and Black Creek Pale Ale, but only about 1 part the pale to 6 of the porter. It gives a bitterness and slightly vegetal hop accent that the Porter on its own needs IMO, but the overall porter profile is preserved and enhanced.

The result is quite a bit like Hop Head Black IPA but a few points lower in ABV.

I've got one that I'm going to open up in a while and try it out. Maybe ten months in the bottle did something positive to it.

Hah great name Ginja Ninja. The Only fairly rocks these days.

Popped a 750ml of Saison Dupont, still the benchmark. Lemony and earthy, full tasting and refreshing... it's all there.

Wanted to make it down to the Beau's night @ C'est What but the forces of natural and all, so...at home:

Bourbon Barrel Aged Deviator
And maybe a 10BY

Finally got to my last bottle of 10BY from the last batch (not the current batch).

As with every other bottle I had from this batch, there is next to no hop aroma in the nose and the flavours are very muted. How I long for the 10BY I know and love from past batches.
