Was feeling better last night, had to honor some of our locals:

Denisons Weisse - GREAT new batch, fat and balanced rather than very lemony. Solid enough winter brew IMO.

Duggan's #9 IPA - two batches, one had a little more evident hops it seemed but both 'more-ish" as hell also.

I love these beers and the natural character they have.

Black Cuillin Dark Scottish Ale, Southern Tier Raspberry Porter and earlier today a Maredsous Brune. Loved the raspberry porter.

Hogs Back TEA - bland and uninteresting but drinkable bitter
Rouge Brutal Bitter - beautiful beverage
homebrewed robust porter
homebrewed IPA
St. Bernardus Abt 12 - makes for a perfect night cap

That sucks! I picked up a six pack from the brewery around Christmas. Just had my 5th and they've all been quite good.

EDIT: Tonight I'm having....
- Alba Scots Pine Ale (Historic Ales of Scotland)
- Brasseurs RJ Brune d'Achouffe

Was going to have a Founder's Breakfast Stout, but didn't want to give the Canadian hockey team bad karma by drinking a US beer, so Black Oak Nutcracker it is, followed by a Stonehammer Oatmeal Coffee Stout.

Busted open an Ola Dubh 40 after Canada's hockey win tonight, having a homebrew pilsner right now. The OD is incredible, quite a different animal than the 12. I bought another to put away, but no more.

Way to go Canada!

Had a Brutal Bitter and Hoptical Illusion during the game. The Brutal Bitter tasted a bit off, or at least completely different from the past few times I've tasted it. Perfumey, and not in a good way.
