Some showed up in Ottawa at the LCBO distribution center. Managed to pick up 20 bottles, and left about 40 on the shelf.

I picked up a few bottles last night at the Liberty Village LCBO (Hanna St.) No stock showing on the website, but as of last night @ 8pm, there were at least 6 more bottles on the shelf - not sure if there were any more in the back. Can't say how many (if any) are there now.Gedge wrote:Any other T.O. sightings?

Thanks Peter for bringing this in and getting it general listed!
I love this stuff and hope to see more Rogue available in the future.

Confirmed...not a General List but an Autumn seasonal...it took us 15 years to get Dead Guy on the General List...hopefully a second listing won't take as long but I suspect that the LCBO would prefer to offer beers from other U.S. microbreweries before they start handing out second listings to existing breweries...Anchor excepted. Hey, it's a start and if demand for U.S. beers is good, we'll probably have a call each year for permanent additions but they do detract from Ontario micros and there could be some political issues involved. We know our government wants to support the domestic industry and there's nothing wrong with that as long as that industry will go out on a limb and offer interesting products.
I was just in a reverie thinking about Rogue Brutal Bitter! Dead Guy reminds me of the yeast and malt profile.
It's great the USA brewers cover the gaps our own brewers leave until our guys can catch up with a similar range of style & quality. Clearly there us a future for bold Ontario and USA beers in our market.
