Ok, so, 24 bottles of beer at 355ml/bottle = 8520ml. For convenience, lets say it weighs the same as water. So 8.52kg * (299,792,458 m/s)^2 = 765,739,412,283 megajoules. Assuming that the average house uses 10,000kwh a year (36,000 megajoules), your case of beer could power 21,270,539 homes for a year! Or, it could power 272,699 homes for 78 years. That is, unless I screwed up using the calculator
