Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). The only thing new is the top scale, which casuals prior to 2002, were not getting. But that has now changed with the new agreement. Now all casuals are able to obtain the top rate, based on satisfactory performance appraisals, over a 4-5 year period.

I'm curious, how much are union fees? Or do casual's not pay that?
Yes, we do pay them. My last years dues totalled around $450.00.
