So there seems to be a lot of new Contract Breweries opening up here in Ontario. However, a quick search on the AGCO site does not mention licensing for such ventures. Your can apply for a new manufacturing license or a transfer.
A few years back I was speaking to an industry type who claimed the province was cracking down on contract brewing - likening it to 'bootlegging' (give me a break!).
So, what gives? Does anyone have insight on how to become a contract brewery?
