With a crowd like this on the last day, there's no way Clark's won't come back in some shape or form.

Fingers crossed!

More evidence that Clark's will re-open this fall:

http://blog.syracuse.com/cny/2011/07/cl ... ation.html

The article claims they signed a lease for an undisclosed "downtown" location starting in September and they expect to open in November (after renovations). An earlier article had listed 311 W. Fayette St as a possible new location. We'll be in Syracuse in early October so I'll try to take a look around.

The latest info I saw says Clark's Ale House is re-opening sometime in the Winter/Spring at 321-325 S. Clinton St (looks to be roughly across the street from the Syracuse Suds Factory).

I wonder if Toronto bars know this is a killer formula. I used to go get the Marrakech Club sandwiches at The Only Café all the time.

But we can discuss 'reliable Toronto bar eats' another thread, another day.

I know we've heard it before but Clark's is supposed to be re-opening later this year:

Their facebook page has some pictures:

We're heading down for the Oct 5th football game against Clemson but I doubt it'll be open by then.
