Off the top of my head the ones that really stand out for me are:

DIPA: 3F Dreadnaught, DDC Chaman, Avery Maharaja, Deschutes Hop Henge Experimental IPA and both Plinys.

IPA: Russian River Blind Pig, Surly Furious, CC Red Racer, Bell's Two Hearted, Sculpin India Pale Ale and Deschute's Inversion IPA.

And just because they seem to get overshadowed by IPAs, American Pale Ales: Dale's Pale Ale, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, Great Lakes Burning River and 3F Alpha King, even if it's closer to an IPA imo.

From Ontario I'd say Black Oak's 10 Bitter Years, Beau's IPEh? and Smashbomb hold their own pretty well. I just wish they were easier to get.

Alright so reading these lists is making me thirsty and needing to try Pliny the Elder NOW! Where is this available?

I think I'm going to swing by Beer Bistro tonight to try the Port Brewing Hop-15.

Not seeing this on anyone's list but I recently tried Sierra Nevada's Torpedo Extra IPA while in the US and it was pretty tasty!

Philly is the closest city that it is available on tap. Other than that, I don't think it makes it outside of California/Oregon/Washingon State.

Just had a Three Floyds Dreadnaught last night. Rocketed to my favourite DIPA.

Man that thing was just divine!
