I'll be there next week to get mine! Any of the saison left as well? What's the price on this iteration of 10BY?

10 Bitter Years is awesome. Can you say which bars downtown will be carrying it?

I just went there today to pick up a 6'er this afternoon for 17 bucks. The receptionist Nicky (?) was nice enough to show me around since I was the only one around then. Nice staff, got to meet their team and everyone was really friendly. Their Chocolate/Cherry Stout and Saison were definitely available! I kinda picked up the 10BY on a whim so I'm super glad that I was able to get it.

Really curious to see how this will stand toward some cellaring.

I don't recommend cellaring. Found one from last year in my fridge and the aroma and hop bite were non existant. Drink it fresh.

Yeah, seeing as it's a strong imperial/near-double IPA, it could see some short-term aging (months to a 1-2years) ? Im planning to drink one every 3 months or so while it sits in a basement cellar.

If not I'll probably rummage through sooner than I expect haha.

How close does this taste to the last version?

I will be stopping by to pick some up when I return from Cali...

I had it on tap at Volo last night and it seamed better than ever. Great, bright hop aroma and flavour. Well done, Ken!

Only lasted 2 weeks. That is good to see! Was this batch smaller than the last one? If I recall the last batch took months to sell out.

Damn, I was thinking about making the trip for another case. Do you know if we'll be seeing any of those kegs here in Hamilton?
