Only 18.6%. Seems legit.

I thought homebrew wasn't supposed to be on Rate Beer. Especially not ones where someone assumed that because they added a bucket of malt extract they'd get a 18% beer.

Only 4/5 for flavour... it must've had that bitter beer taste...
