As the great Unibroue 12-pack is not longer in production, it will be replaced with a new 8-pack of beers:

Not sure what is exactly going to be in this pack, but if I had to guess, I'd say most likely the minor brands (Sans Nom, Kamouraska, St-Hubert, 1837, Gaillarde (see below)) will probably not be in it.

Does anyone know if Gaillarde has been discontinued? I heard rumours that it was, which is unfortunate. I know it is somewhat similar to some of their other beers, but I always had a soft spot for this brew. It was one of the first non-Ontario released Unibroues I tried (after Maudite, Blanche & Fin), and I always enjoyed it.

What have you guys heard about "Unibroue 10" - the brewery's special holiday release for this year, commemorating their 10th anniversary?

I believe it will be called "X" and come in at a warming 10% alcohol. I don't know too much more about it, but I don't think it's coming to Ontario.

We're supposed to get a pretty large shipment of it at Premier. I've seen pictures of the bottle and know that it is 10%, but that is about it. It is a 750 ml, corked, screened bottle, with gold lettering. I was hoping that someone in this forum might have heard more information. Although I'm sure it will be fantastic, I'm a little anxious about the size of our order, given that I don't know anyone that has tasted the stuff, or even what it is supposed to taste like!

I was surfing around a Quebec-based beer website, and I found a picture of "10":

Looking forward to checking out the 10. But on a related note, has anyone seen the 8 pack around yet? Or know of a BRI downtown that still has the 12pack? I need to combine my desire for Maudite and Trois Pistoles on Halloween with my need to fill an order from a beer geek in the US for stuff like 1837 and Sans Nom.

La Gaillarde has been replaced by " La Bolduc". This is also an excellent ale, as one would expect from Unibroue

The 12-pack is probably sold out of most Toronto stores, but might still be around out-of-town. According to Unibroue's website, the 8-pack will be available closer to Christmas. I'm looking forward to it, but I'll miss the smaller brands that won't be included.
