Bellwoods announced on FB this morning that they're expanding operations.

Heard the rumours about this for a while, glad to see that it's official.

As a born and raised Torontonian I've been familiar with that building for years. So happy it's being used for something cool and not torn down or condofied.

Definitely an amazing space they have gotten their hands on. It could be quite the destination...although sounds like only a small area planned for public / consumer space.

Maybe they can set up a roof patio for parties. Haul up a drum kit, some guitar amps...

When I read this I couldn't believe it. It's 2 blocks from where I grew up and currently living. It's great news but hazardous to health. This will drop my life expectancy by at least 10 years!!
