Glasses
Hey,anybody have any insight into where to get a few good beer glasses. I'm looking to replace/upgrade some of the stuff in the cupboard. Right now I'm mainly using standard pint glasses or the Innis and Gunn glass that came with gift pack. I use a brandy snifter for belgian style beers. So would really like a nice goblet. Not holding out much hop about getting glasses from xmas gift packs, if recent years are anything to do by. So just wondering if anyone has any go-to places for decent glasses.

Just branded, or something like this:
I'm giving these away.
If you are looking for branded stuff, bigger "Craft" bars like Beertown will sell any branded glass for ~$5 (last I checked). You can go to the source (breweries) or:

Depends what you consider a good price but Amazon.ca has a set of 4 for $49.95 with free shipping.

No, branded isn't an issue. I've thought about picking that pack up before, but already have 3 of those glasses(style) and the wife already complains about too many glasses. Thanks for the feedback.instantkamera wrote:Just branded, or something like this:

I bought a 2pack of those exact glasses from Home Outfitters about two years ago for something like $16 or so. Great whisky glasses....i bought them with intentions of being a gift, but decided i wanted them myselflister wrote:For branded beer glasses I've bought some off eBay.
Anyone know where to get some of these at a good price:
I got a bunch of stuff off http://www.truebeer.com/ and was very happy with everything. I got 4 Belgian beer glasses, 4 Belgian Ale glasses (which are the same shape, but taller) and 8 American pints. Some day when my wife isn't looking I might pick up some wheat, flute, snifters or maybe pokal glasses too.

Basically the same price as Amazon, but you can get individuals for 12 bucks each. Shipping might be a game changer.

I got mine - 6/$45, 53 something total w/ tax last Christmas. Glencairn are great for splitting smaller beers at a tasting.Ceecee wrote:Depends what you consider a good price but Amazon.ca has a set of 4 for $49.95 with free shipping.

If anyone is interested I have a bunch of branded beer glasses (various shapes and breweries).

Let me know what you are interested in.
Many will be in the $5-$7 range but there are a few that may be around $10.
Can ship from Windsor area (safely boxed) at a marginal cost.
Cheers.[/url]
