yep, got that too. what was there was very un-american, sort of english pale-esque, but with an unpleasant note that i didn't really dig. certainly wouldn't have picked it as an american ipa, let alone a dipa.

anchor brekles brown and firestone double jack. the double jack is a fantastic brew. they are quickly becoming one of my favorite breweries.

FW is easily the best thing to happen to the Buffalo beer scene in the past year. One of my favourites too.

Had the Thronbridge Jaipur IPA and was really impressed with it. It didn't strike me as a American style IPA, but I really enjoyed everything that was going on. Great brew.
I don't always drink beer ... because sometimes my friends win and we have to go to macro-only establishments.
