natural carbonation?

Post by JeffPorter »

So I'm a little confused with this term - it's on both the boneshaker and the headstock labels.

I thought natural carbonation meant bottle conditioning and no forced carbonation - but I'm pretty sure these beers aren't conditioned in the bottle so how does it work?

Thanks Derek - but they aren't lagering these IPAs, though, I assume.

So is it just a matter of sealing off the fermenter, getting the right level of carbonation, and then bottling?

Yeah, I assume they cap it before it's fully attenuated (I know they cap the bock).
