mmm.... waxy. I've drank stale bottles of BdC too, not something I'd want to do intentionally.

Unibroue makes some solid beers, but the strong ones all sorta taste the same. I also feel their yeast works best in pale beers, not dark ones.

I need to do more aging experiments and vertical tastings, as they are indeed a great value.
