778th review on BA and finally my first perfect 5/5.

Hill Farmstead - What is Enlightenment? in a 750 growler that I got in a trade yesterday. Wow. A perfect AIPA.

Boney is now Dr. Boney. Graduated medical school today. Celebrating with a bottle of Abyss.

Now that I'm a supposed medical expert, I'll try not to tell you all what you are doing to your poor livers

I am ok with agreeing to disagree, but I still do not see anyone on here willing to claim they could tell the difference between natural and force carbonation in a blind taste test.
You go enjoy doing that. ;)

GLB 25th Anniversary Robust Porter. In the past I have not been a fan of porters by any means. Only having those that have come through the LC bear in mind but this one has changed my opinion on the style. Getting nice chocolate malt slight traces of some coffee and a mild hop bitterness in the finish. I like. And to see a wax dipped bottle at the LCBO? Wow lol
