Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Lots of beeriness in this week's issue of Now. One item in particular caught my eye: http://www.nowtoronto.com/food/story.cfm?content=187661
The new house beer, Libretto Forte IPA, is a full-flavoured, thirst-quenching rejoinder to this uncompromising pie.
I didn't know Pizza Libretto had its own house beers. A bit of Googling indicates that it's likely brewed by Gananoque Brewing Company, which I haven't heard of before.

Anyone tried their beers? Shamefully, I've never been to Libretto, but I'm now that much more interested!
