If i hear that shitty Creemore commercial again, where they say that they send their truck down the road to the river to scoop up water for beer, i will file a law suit.
if anyone's seen that water truck drive down to the Creemore river, kindly let me know.

When they did the Molson episode of Undercover Boss Canada they showed the exec lady going with the truck driver to fill up their truck with water from that tanker. So it has been on a national TV show too.Draft_Punk wrote:Seriously they have to run two to three times a day to a collection tanker outside of town which passively collects spring water run off...
Sorry dog, but that's not a lie.

On the other hand, it's worth considering whether people look for reasons to vilify Creemore just because of the ownership.
Maybe the Altbier will stop that. And maybe monkeys will fly out of my butt.

I'd say the biggest lie for commercials by the likes of Coors, Bud, Molson, etc are the hot girls at parties. The few parties I've been at that featured those not so fine beverages there weren't any hot girls present.
Or maybe I'm just not being invited to the right parties.

How about those annoying Stella ads where they try to imply the beer has hundreds of years of heritage.
As for other products, I always look for and often laugh at the weasel words. For instance, shaving cream that has been "tested by dermatologists". Well they tested it and determined the product was shit and bad for you, but we failed to mention that part.
Or more people picked coke than pepsi, even though they would rather drink neither...

Brands are for cattle.

I bought a bottle of Juliet when i was in the States. doesn't bug me that Anheiser Bush owns Goose Island, since its a great beer.
Not that it matters - they picked Pepsi.Tapsucker wrote:Or more people picked coke than pepsi, even though they would rather drink neither...
And Creemore beers are definitely German/Czech in my book... don't have to like 'em, they are decently made (except what in hell did they do to that Bock.)
