Deep copper with red highlights. Thin, poorly retained head. No lace. Weak spice and cookie dough aroma. Diacetyl. Mild biscuit and pie spice flavour. Buttery. Light-bodied with moderate carbonation. Mouthfeel is watery thin and greasy slick. Quite disappointing.

Oh no! Doesn't sound like a good bottle at all. The only ones I had this year were from a dep in Montreal and they were just like previous years, ie. the spice was relatively prominent and there was no trace of diacetyl.

Still better than the bottle of Black Creek I got. The Black Creek was straight-up infected.
