LOL - exactly!

Later in the night:
Columbus IPA (draught) - superb IPA that tastes very similar to Alpha King with more noticeable bready-nutty flavours
Columbus Bodhi DIPA (draught) - a massive blonde West Coast DIPA, pure hop juice with almost no discernible malt profile, right up there with Pliny, Dreadnaught, and HopSlam IMO
Anchor Our Special Ale 2012 Christmas Ale (draught) - pretty standard spicy-malty Winter Warmer; I had been seeking this out for 6+ years but to be honest it was kind of underwhelming
Uinta Hop Notch IPA (draught) - respectable WC IPA with APA drinkability; clean, well-made, and spot on the for the style. Good quaff to end the night

Had a
Firestone Walker Sucaba
Kissmeyer Red IPA
Firestone Walker Parabola
Firestone Walker XVI
Russian River Consecration
I`m sure there were a few more had after I had to duck out, thanks for some awesome beers!
Also consumed:

Evil Twin Soft Dookie
St Ambroise RIS (2011)
Djaevlebryg's Hjul & Stejle
Russian Gun 2010 & 2012
Big Sky Olde Bluehair 2011 (after we realized we missed the bus and went back to Street's house)

Wonderful tasting! Thanks to Streets again for hosting. I think the FW 16 won the night for me.

Here are the rest, thanks for coming out in the snow!

The Consecration was a stand out for me, but maybe it just seemed more special in contrast with all of the big stouts & barley wines :).

And Patrick was served a cuppa Yorkshire Gold, which I believe Belgian has described as the 'Blackout Stout' of teas ;).

Not many beers come with a sheet detailing the percentages of beers used in the blend.

If your drinking tea loose leaf is the only way to go. You never know what is hiding in those bags.

I feel the same way on Shorts. We need to drink together again!

So far with JB84 and J343MY:

GLB Audrey Hopburn

Jeremy set up a blind tasting of his Imperial Coffee Stout vs DDC Peche Mortel. Aroma went to the DDC, taste went to Jeremy. This guy can brew, have never been disappointed.

Jeremy's bourbon oak aged barley wine
Jeremy's coffee porter
Alesmith Speedway Stout
GLB Apocalypse Later

I believe we're off to Imbibe soon.

Tonight at home: Beyond The Pale Rye Guy half growler, DDC Blanche Neige.

Kind of a night of barrels for me...with 3 different kinds of drinks.

After the Liberal protest today @ Winterlicious at O and B Grill

-Henry of Pelham Cab Merlot - Never really gave these wines (any kind of merlot blend) a good shake, but this is pretty good - oaky and spicy.

-with dessert: a Dalwhinnie 15, clean and straight up - gorgeous scotch.

-at home: small glass of Old Kentucky Bastard.

Had a Soft Dookie tonight....
to drink, people... to drink. Good stuff, many people would shy away from marketing your brew as being similar to poop, but not Evil Twin.
