Yes, with a healthy "admin fee" typically tacked on, no? I rented from Dollar, and unless I paid them their insane ransom for that lame transponder, my understanding was the admin fee was something like $25?

Yeah, but that looks like the rate when you have a transponder. If you forgo the transponder, the fee is per hit typically, I think.
