I've never had any beer schnapps, but am definitely curious...interesting stuff!

They're really interesting. I remember the brewery owner saying they're aged in acacia barrels, which seemed to impart a peppery zing to the whole issue. I will say that there's a lot of sugar in there and that the morning after the tasting laid low a number of industry professionals.
