DFH 60 is long gone from Ontario, while ST is still hanging in there. I still buy it from time to time, but looking back 5 years ago it's amazing how much better our scene is. Peche Mortel, Panil, Deus, Kuhnhenn, Westy 12, have all been at the LCBO at one time or another. Solid provincially-made IPA's are more the norm than the exception. Ontario brewers trying styles they would have laughed at 5 years ago, Founders Centennial a general list item, some great new bars (Hop, Wvrst, etc.), Brewery features on Dupont, Nogne O, Norrebro, Garrison, Great new Brewery (Bellwoods), I could go on.
Of course things could be better here in Ontario - they always can be. But it's something to see how far we've come in 5 years. The occasional leap amongst baby steps in some cases, but change is always inevitable.

Yeah I did a double-take at my drinkvine list yesterday:
Biere de Miel Bio
Cameran's RPA
Canny Man
Cervesia
DDC Chaman
Denison's Weiss
Elysian Immortal
Founder's Centennial
Kehnhenn 4D
Lakefront Bridge Burner
Miunette Brune
Monk's Stout
Panil Sour
Philip's Hop Circle
Saison Dupont
West Coast IPA
And that's just what I had been on the look out for. Anyways, it's obvious that the market is there now and that only means good things for the future, possibly at the expense of the LCBO and BS.
