Funny, it seems like when some beers sell really really fast (as Rogue Voodoo Maple Bacon did here a year or two ago based on its novelty & extreme scarcity) the LCBO just orders all they can get their hands on the very next time. Not that I'm dying to try this one... reports of screaming evil headaches from drinking Voodoo are not encouraging to me right now...
I had one last year and it was... not so great. It wasn't even the type of "not good" where it's still worth trying.

I got a pretty cool bottle out of it, though, so it wasn't a complete waste.
could not help myself - bought one today...

Yeah, I saw (and promptly bought) one at MLG today and it caught me off guard, hadn't heard tell of it around these parts

Just picked up "Montgomery's Courage" amber ale, 500mL bottle from Black Creek, at the lick-bo. Can't find it in the LCBO's system online, but it was at the store, so I bought it.

And ran into the new Summer Sampler from Mill St. Curious Parrot golden ale 5% alc./vol. and Don Valley Bench wheat beer 4.9% alc./vol. With Stock ale, organic, tankhouse, and lemon tea thrown in too.

Also saw Boxer Watermelon 8.5% strong beer tallboy cans at TBS, so... if you've been wondering what watermelon and beer tasted like when mixed together..... boy are you in for a treat!

I also saw a new Rickard's 12-pack mixer, I think it was the Shandy, Gold, and White mixed together..... so... there's something I won't be buying.

Kensington Brewery has a watermelon wheat...I'll probably stay away from the Boxer "adventure series" :)
