Sorry for the late response
As you have already discovered, there is no good beer bars in Belleville. When in Belleville you have to travel to get good beer here is my recommendations
-Lake on the mountain restaurant (glenora/Picton), was really hesitant about going based on old beer reviews, but the ipa and brown ale that i tasted were of top notch quality, went back twice in the same week with two different groups, both groups want to go back asap. Food was at a top quality standard.
-Barley Room Pub at the Waring House (Picton) The owners of this local own the Barley Days Brewery so if you are is search of Barley Days beer on tap then, you are most definitely in the right place. Really good comfort food with a nice English pub feel to it.
-Primitive grill (Trenton) A very good BBQ place right outside of the air base. This place is tiny with a good meat and beer selection, get a full rack of ribs and wash it down with a Church Key Holy Smoke. Its been a year since i have been but all craft on tap
Stinking Rose (Campbellford) Owned by Church Key brewery so if in search you would not be disappointed, expect all Ontario craft on tap, if hungry head next door to Rubbs BBQ you will thank me for it.
