Pretty sweet looking beer dinner coming up to celebrate the launch of New Holland into Ontario. I think this may be a BarTowel scoop and this news is not widely distributed yet, so you should grab a ticket if you're interested - there aren't many to go around.

Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

I was there, and aside from the somewhat pedestrian dessert (basically flourless chocolate cake, not as exciting as the description), the food was quite good.atomeyes wrote:any word as to how the actual food was?
i don't really rank BM as being a great cullinary destination.
Michael Cipollo is a pretty great chef. Not boundary-pushing, perhaps, but he knows how to work well with flavours, and can pair with beer better than most chefs in the city. Like any corporate chef, the food being served day-to-day may not reflect this, but I've enjoyed any meal I've had where he was heading the kitchen.
