I had this tonight at Rebel House on Yonge and was most impressed. The beer was much better than the bottled ones I've had. The draught has a complex malty taste with a firm hop underpinning. The flavours softly unroll in the mouth, the layers revealing themselves. An excellent mellow palate, full-flavoured but somehow traditional Canadian. Tasted fresh like this through clean pipes, it shows to best advatnge. It also had a good natural carbonation, as if cold aged for a long time; this promotes digestibility.
