Just picked some up from QQ (in the back, none on shelf). Canning date is September 22, so 2 months old.

Let me know how it's tasting. I've been waiting for that one.

I wouldn't imagine that this style of beer would be that adversely impacted by a few extra months on the shelf. Hope I don't end up jinxing things; I picked a bottle up myself over the weekend.

I had one about 2 weeks ago, really quite tasty. Nothing particularly special about it, but a nice take on a brown ale

Had one on the weekend, it was fine, but not the same beer I remember when I was first getting into craft beer

Rogue in general aren't the same as when I first getting into craft beer though. At least not what we get up here! Dead Guy was the first one I had when it was in 6-packs. I guess it's been 6 years or so now they've I've really been head first into craft. At least stuff that wasn't Mill St. and Flying Monkeys.

Rogue had a sporadic good run here, Brutal Pale Ale may have been key to unlocking people's interest in hoppier beers.

As they go nowadays, most of their stuff is decent but easy to pass over. Mocha Porter is still one I like.

For those who rolled the dice on the G'Knight, how is it drinking? Is it actually worth grabbing?

It's good. It's not mindblowing as if it were fresh. But it's a unique beer with a super hoppy malted beer. And with no 666 to compete, it's in a category all it's own. I personally love this beer. I blasted through my four pack in a weekend and bought more.

Yes guys on RateBeer said even the FUBO couldn't totally fuck up this beer. Encouraging news.
