They don't sound like a contract brewery if they are barrel ageing.
I guess their lager is done by someone, and their "lactose orange stout"
is done by them on a smaller system?

Looks like they are aged in wine barrels. One of the co-founders is a sommelier and seems to have 10+ years in the wine/spirits industry, so could have pulled a few strings. Curious as to where they are brewing their product, though.
