Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

Ah so you mean the OTHER beer with the non Boulevard listing on the LCBO SITE. Great! Nice to know it exists... wow.

The Robust Porter at TBS Finchdale is over a year past the best before date.

wonder what happened here
weak sales #s
a lot of SKUs on the shelves these days. Geeks buy a few (or one) and move on the the next new thing. Regular drinkers are most likely consuming Corona/heineken/bud/etc
(just a guess)
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere, but if I'm reading this right there seems to be a bunch of Hitachino stuff at Highway 7 and Woodbine. They have the amber, espresso stout, lager and nipponia.

Them have their beers at some ping pong bar at East Beaver Creek there. Maybe they bring them into that store for the bar. They charge like $13 a bottle or something at the bar. I almost shit myself.

As in, available for single bottle purchase? The LCBO site is only showing online/full case availability. That store's a bit too far out for me anyway, but may try somehow since I want to try the Nipponia one and the stout.

They were all single bottle purchase, and there were a few cases there. The only other store that is currently listing stick (I use Drinkvine to do my searches) is Steeles and Markham.
Had the stout last night for the first time in ages. Nice, strong coffee flavour!

Sadly I've got to echo the disappointment that a lot of others here have found. One word for this iteration: bubblegum. Very strange fruity sweetness in this version, some tropical fruitiness and this persisting bubblegum flavour reminiscent of a hefeweizen. I'm pretty disappointed by the drastic profile change, enough that I'll probably send my feedback to Muskoka since they've changed an old favourite so drastically that it's not the Harvest Ale in my eyes.
