Was able to land 16 more cans of Collective Arts IPA No. 5, all dated February 14th.

...So that's what I'm having.

Wow, literally two minutes after I made this post the UPS guy was at the door delivering the replacements for the two bad cans of No. 5 I had a couple of weeks ago. These cans also dated February 14th. They threw in some coasters as well. It's a good day so far.

Having dessert right now.

Yes, that's right, Ominipollo Graham Cracker Chocolate Chunk Caramel Bar Stout.

Pretty much as advertised.

Had Bellwoods' three different Monogamy's tonight. Drank them simultaneously. The Galaxy was by far my favourite, followed by Wakata and then distantly Motueka. I think that the Galaxy had such great depth of flavour - bitter and beautiful tropical fruit. The Motueka I felt was more banana like and somewhat cloying sweet.

It was a great experience being able to try them simultaneously, which is something I've wanted to be able to do with fresh versions since the onset of the series. I hope they do more of of this multiple release!

It's always beer o"clock on bar towel.

Had a Side Launch Wheat, in very consistent fine form since they moved to Collingwood.

Having a Collective Arts #5 IPA (can)
The Sunsplit IPA from Dominion City is super nice as well, with a hazy, soft, and juicy presentation showing lots of fine hop and fruit detail, not harsh, fairly full and slightly peppery. I could drink this every day.
(Thirsty & Miserable always has a nice and succinct tap list, go Katie.)

Just drinking the flying monkeys live transmission. It's a coconut bomb. I like it, but I can see if turning a lot of people off, as sometimes coconut flavoured stuff comes across to people as tasting like suntan lotion. A very decent first attempt at a milkshake IPA I think.
