I bought 5 of those Amsterdam mix packs. there were so many left over from the Holiday season. it was cheaper to buy the pack then the beers inside it separately.

That was a fairly easy one to 'cave' on; several people have commented somewhere in this forum that those four beers were all quite good.

It was a good mix. I'd never had Starke Pils either and it turned out to be one of the best locally made pilsners I've had in a while, though now I hope it gets a solo listing.

Not bad at all. I noticed the Wellington mix pack in cans and the Amsterdam pack were reasonably priced too, maybe higher price points for past packs were leading to slow sales? I wonder if Beau's is hitting this price by putting a core brand or 2 in the pack like Amsterdam and Welly, as opposed to 4 unique beers.

The Summer Mix Pack will be on shelves April 4th. I would not be surprised if one of the cans is Lug Tread.

They have a new can called Good Times Session IPA coming out, I'll assume that is one of them. The only other Beau's cans I am aware of is Altbier, Full Time IPA, Lug Tread (all in current production), and ESB (out of production atm).

But the Rhubarb Saison and Raked Over IPA are new to LCBO distribution.
Finally got to these, I liked the Kicking Back and the Rhubarb Saison OK!

Disliked the Helles/Dortmunder (how is that even possible?!) - enough to pour it out. And the Raked Over, oh please give me a break.

For me it is absolutely the Sang du Chene but also the Manhattan is no slouch at all. The Apricot is a sour-fest and the easiest on the wallet.
Having another Apricot, I would say it's definitely improving with cellaring. Acidic profile is strong but a bit finer and lemon-tangy. The aroma of fruit is still great, and there are some minty herbals appearing. I bet over 5-6 years this stuff will get really interesting. I am now tempted to buy a few more!

Bottle-conditioning ages beers on lees sediment, which adds complexity. Do not drink any of the sediment though.
