Hey all,
Sorry if these guys have already been covered, but I've been drinking a huge amount of Balls Falls Session IPA since it's been available at the LCBO. This is one of the juiciest IPAs I've tried, session or otherwise. Tastes kinda like a Jutsu light to me. Almost no malt presence to speak of, but tons of flavour.
Thoughts?

There aren't many session IPA's I truly like but this is definitely one of them.
You know what I have in my cellar? Dust, I have dust in my cellar.

I really like the balls falls too, one of my new go-to beers. Speaking of, I had one back to back with a Stone Go To and I'd only put the balls falls a couple notches below the stone
What happened? I had Balls Falls a few times and it was amazing but the last 2 canning dates I've tried were total drain pours.

Havnt had one in a couple weeks, but last
One I had was still good. Hopefully just an off batch.
I had the twenty mile saison yesterday and it's pretty great. Really nice and dry with a little bit of funk to it. Great to have a local saison that isn't either too sweet, or just taste like a wheat beer imo

Funny you say this, I haven't been enjoying it as much lately either. Figured it was just my palette. Maybe not?ry_kinney wrote:What happened? I had Balls Falls a few times and it was amazing but the last 2 canning dates I've tried were total drain pours.
The Redline Clutch is my current go to APA on the market.
The two I tried were really off, I couldn't make it past the second sip. Clutch is my go to as well, I love flaked oat APAs.Orval_Al wrote:Funny you say this, I haven't been enjoying it as much lately either. Figured it was just my palette. If you're into that style, check out the Wrigley Pale Ale at Left Field. It's good and you know it's fresh if you can find it in their bottle shop.

When I saw that headline I was hoping that it meant Bench was using Henderson's capacity to deliver more of their recipes, not the other way around. Oh well...

I had their Ball's Falls Session IPA at the Grimsby Peach King Jr. C hockey game last night; it was great.
