Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Matron
Seems a new brewery is being established in Bloomfield, Prince Edward County. The brew master from Stone City Ales appears to be behind it. Not sure what this means for SCA.

So the first two beers have been distributed. Janky IPA and Yeasayer Lager both brewed at Brunswick while they continue to get setup. Anyone have a chance yet?
Similar to Revel, Matron has sent out an email asking for help.
Since Revel's ask, I have ordered twice. I'm glad there's still going to be world-class cider in the province.
Below is the piece from Matron's email.
We're currently navigating some tricky waters - and we know we aren’t alone. Blue Monday is knocking on our door, we are all feeling the lack of sunlight, many small business are grinding in hopes of continued existence and humanity is hurting.
We want to see Matron continue. We are giving all we have. We’re a pipe dream built on skill, hard-work, honesty and credit. We’re bankrolled by our own sweat and tears.
This year, we see if our dream of beautifully crafted beer, morality and supporting our families can continue to exist hand-in-hand during these times.
We are down to a skeleton crew. We love and appreciate those who have been supporting us this far. We’ve learned more then we could have imagined.
Buy beer, send mercy —

I have never ordered from Matron, and probably never will, but if you want to answer Gondor's call, the torches have been lit.

(Merged with small older thread about Matron)
Saw some social posts about this yesterday. Nice folks behind it and I enjoyed the beers I've had of theirs. Hoping they pull through.

It's a shame that this seems to be happening to a lot of my favourite places. Revel, Matron, Barncat all struggling is disheartening.
Sorry, I searched and didn't see the previous thread.
