Reminds me of my old Toronto Bourbon Week events. Nice to see Henderson keeping the fire burning on that theme!

Thanks for posting that!

I remember Toronto Bourbon Week. :D I discovered at Carbon, for half price!, what would become my favourite bourbon. Completely random selection, I just picked the highest price shot on the menu. I recall the LCBO had some stock of it then and none since despite my pestering them. Have had to bottles buy from Buffalo and Edinburgh (of all places!!!) over the years.
