On the OCB website they list a new brewery near Ottawa called Beau's. The OCB site says, "As Eastern Ontario’s newest brewery, Beau’s is focused on producing great beer using all natural ingredients like certified organic malts and spring water. A unique recipe and brewing process ensure that each batch possesses a superb taste like nothing else in Ontario."
Anyone have the scoop on what this beer might really be like?

Beau's - New Brewery?
I followed the link on the OCB website to http://www.beaus.ca/ and found a bare-bones site with some very nice retro looking graphics for thier Lug Tread Ale, "available Spring 2006".
