Canadian Tire Money for Beer

Post by El Pinguino »

I found this article interesting for a couple reasons. First because it eludes to competition in the liquor industry in Alberta and businesses having to come up with ideas to market themselves, but secondly because I am sure we've all got a bunch of Canadian Tire money floating around, waiting to be "consumed"!!

I remember years ago, when I was young, a bar in Waterloo accepted CT money on certain nights...it was like drinking for free!

There was a video store in halifax that took CT money. Its basically legal tender, and they will let you exchange it for cash wont they?
