Has everyone received their invoices?

I'm still waiting for mine.

Since I was too slow on the first order, I'm extra anxious now!

Well I'm quite disappointed with this debacle.

I just returned from Vancouver to find the invoice which informs me that 80% of my order is apparently not available due to these stupid labelling issues. 2 cases of unearthly and 2 cases of IPA are noted as being improperly labelled. Quite apart from the hypocrisy of suddenly saying the labels are no good when they didn't reject the previous IPA order I'm rather upset that nobody at R&R has contacted me (or apparently others) to notify us that this happened and to explain why and what they are going to do about it.
I don't always piss in a bottle but when I do...I prefer to call it Dos Equis.

Good evening,

To clarify the invoice in question we must let you know that the LCBO sends out invoices even though the products in question are still awaiting re-labelling. Usually we hold off on sending those out until we receive a revised invoice, but sometimes they get through as they come in with a batch of invoices where the product has been fully released.

R+R confirms that all of the Southern Tier has been released as of late last Friday. We have forwarded all revised invoices that we received from the LCBO. If someone has not received an invoice stating this they should contact us.

We apologize for any confusion the invoices may have caused.

Sincerely,
Roland + Russell

Wondering through a number of old posts and came across this and realized, 'Hey! It's October!'

Any update?

Let's keep our fingers crossed!

The Southern Tier beers were submitted late last spring for consideration to the LCBO. The applications were then transferred by the LCBO to a new product call category which actually closes Nov 9. We don't expect an answer until at least the end of month of November, possibly even longer.

As soon as we know something we will post it!
