Ahhhh, too many - but my all-time fave would be Dieu du Ciel's Aphrodisiaque.

My favourites that are relatively easy to get in Ontario? Durham's Hop Head, Black Oak's Nutcracker and Saison, Denison's Weissbier, Church-Key's West Coast Pale Ale and Holy Smoke, and Grand River's Plowman's Ale. So I cheated and picked more than one.....sorry...

That's a really tough question considering different styles of beer appeal to me at different times so...one that's better than all others??? There's also a BIG difference between what would win for me on tap versus in the bottle.

BUT...if I had to pick one bottled beer from coast to coast I too would pick the St.Ambroise Vintage. Great when reasonably young, amazing when a couple of years old...pure pleasure every time I've had it.
I don't always piss in a bottle but when I do...I prefer to call it Dos Equis.

I'm with you on that one.

Just noticed it's listed as discontinued! Has it gone By-bye?

Borrowing from Rob that "beer flavour is subjective by how you feel that day, how the weather is changing and whether or not you got laid last night", I'll plead that I can't pick just one but I have narrowed them down to four:

Black Oak Nutcracker
Dieu du Ciel Aphrodisiaque
Denison's Weissebier
Nickel Brook Green Apple Pilsner

Wellington County Ale. It's easily available, comes in cask and bottles, and is delicious. It's been my go-to beer for a long time.

Garrison Imperial Black Lager - glad that Nash sent me a few of these to stash away, too bad one broke in transit.
