Save you allowance. I'm guessing a rig like this will be $10,000+. Worrying that the end result will be "ice cold beer". Tends to make me think it's aimed at the lager drinker. I'd be interested for a few avid homebrewers to chime in with their thoughts on this. Grub?
I don't always piss in a bottle but when I do...I prefer to call it Dos Equis.

I agree that I could see this being an expensive rig but I think it would be up to the brewer as to how the beer tasted. What I'm guessing is that this is just a computer controlled brewhouse that's miniaturized.

Pumps and agitators probably follow a program based on time based on a given recipe/program. One thing missing is a mill to crush the grain. If this is an extract based brewing system than all bets on flavour are off in my opinion.

Very similar to a Sabco Brew-Magic system http://www.brew-magic.com/bmindex.html with a CIP and draft system added. This could be a really solid product but most likely on the expensive side. Might be a great setup for a brewing club or even as a pilot system for a micro or brewpub. I know Dogfish uses a Brew-Magic system (as seen on the above site) and I'm sure this might be similar.

Very interesting to say the least.

Looks like an overpriced, extract based system.

Been extracting brewing for a couple of years and just started all-brewing.

I'm at a complete loss, looking at the pictures, at how the hell you'd brew a batch of beer using this thing :-?
