I had a couple of bottles of Grand River Town Hall Lager and a bottle of their pils - they do lower alcohol beers so friggin well. Which is good as I just cannot seem to get in to their IPA. I'll keep trying, I have 9 bottles left!
You're right Jeff. Thinking about it now, the Sterling plant in St. Thomas (15 minutes south of London) is now closed, and 800 jobs are gone. A good portion of those people live in St. Thomas.........in a town of 20,000 or so, hundreds of high paying jobs lost is devastating. The place is becoming a ghost town.
Anyway..........here I go going off topic again! Back on topic.........
after my Guinness, i decided to open a bottle of red wine, and I will report in the other thread.
