I'm having a tough time finding good apple cider. Anyone know a store that has a quality brand?

The fresh pressed presidents choice stuff is pasteurized, without preservatives. I'm not sure if it's still available plain... or if they're mulling all of it for the holidays. The stuff I picked up yesterday has an expiry date of Dec 11th.

I haven't measured it yet. When I did it years ago, I think it was around 1.055 and finished around 1.005?

Those were 4L jugs from the Real Canadian Superstore. The damn mulled stuff is 3.99 per 3L.

On edit... I just checked and it's only 1.045. The spicing is fairly mild, so I'll see how it turns out... could add some honey for some more kick. It should still be over 5% abv. (I can't remember what the gravities were last time, but I'm pretty sure it finished at 6% abv).
