Introducing Light Mode! If you would like a Bar Towel social experience that isn't the traditional blue, you can now select Light Mode. Go to the User Control Panel and then Board Preferences, and select "Day Drinking" (Light Mode) from the My Board Style drop-down menu. You can always switch back to "Night Drinking" (Dark Mode). Enjoy!

My first labels
My first labels
My graphic design skills are amateur at best, but I couldn't help but feel a slight tinge of pride seeing my beers in corked Belgian bottles with custom labels. These are meant to be gifts at an upcoming Christmas party.

Thanks Derek.
I would be happy to share. Not sure I would say I have a template, but I have saved the unflattened elements (if that makes sense) in Macromedia Fireworks. I prefer Fireworks to Photoshop, probably because that is the only graphics package I have had any training on (which is minimal).
The picture doesn't really capture it, but the labels are on a nice glossy stock.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys.
I'm not sure what the labels are printed on. I don't think it's Avery. They were printed at my office print shop. I said I'd be happy with either glossy paper or standard labels and it seems they have a glossy label stock. I'll have a look when I get home and see if there is any info on the back.
The entry info for this year's BYO label contest is in the current issue. There are some pretty impressive designs from previous years in there.
jcc - the black IPA is ready to drink. I've had a few already (not this morning).
