I was wondering when this would be published. I really don't care for the "make your own beer cheap" angle, but it is ok from a beginner's perspective, and nice to see in a mainstream paper.
"Mr Rathgaber" is coming over to my house tonight to tap a DIPA we brewed together a few weeks back. We used 34oz of hops in a 5 gallon batch. And when we do the official unveilling of this beer, it will also be run through a Randall with more hops (we are testing the Randall tonight, but without hops).
