Charlevoix Dominus Vobiscum Lupulus. Subdued hoppiness for 70IBU, but very well balanced. I'd like to do a side-by-side with it and Chouffe Houblon IPA Tripel.

Brune d'Achouffe from Brasseurs RJ. Had this enough times to know to avoid the massive chunks of yeast in the pour... they don't taste bad, just make the beer look pretty disgusting. Aside from that, a solid Belgian dark ale.

Yeah... it was an okay way to pass a few hours. Thanks to the two Erics for the beers, and Russ and Andrew for providing enough food to keep us upright.

Souther Tier Hoppe. Again, interesting, especially having recently tasted the Unearthly. Of the two, I think I prefer this one.

Yesterday had Tokyo*, Sink the Bismarck! and Wild Rose IIPA. No matter what I drink tonight, I won't be able to match that.
