I think this is the future of "house" wine in many places. The environmental and cost benefits are huge.

Makes sense. We sell 20 litre casks to restaurants through the LCBO, so this is the logical next step.
If you`re reading this, there`s a 15% chance you`ve got a significant drinking problem. Get it fixed, get recovered!
