I'm putting together a 5.25 gallon recipe for an English style IPA to brew this weekend. Any thoughts from anyone who has experience brewing this style, or who is interested in the style, would be appreciated.
10 lbs. Canadian 2-Row
8 oz. Carastan
8 oz. Biscuit
4 oz. Crystal 120°L
1.8 oz. Fuggles @ 60 min.
1.8 oz. Goldings @ 15 min.
1.3 oz. Willamette @ 5 min.
Safale S-04
Mash @ 153°F for 60 min. 0.2 oz. Epsom salt to be added to mash water.
I don't have MO on hand, but i figure the combination of 2-row/biscuit will suitably simulate the flavour profile of MO. I picked S-04 (as opposed to, for example, Nottingham) in order to attain more estery, fruity notes.

I heard this is a real winner of a recipe:

To clarify, the correct gravity numbers are 1.068 SG, 1.016 FG, and you want your sulfate level around 500ppm.

I ended up going with the recipe as per the original post, but modified the grain bill slightly to:
10 1/2 lbs. 2-Row
12 oz. Carastan
8 oz. Biscuit
8 oz. Wheat
6 oz. Crystal 120°L
